She said officials watched the weather throughout the day, but unfortunately conditions remained too hazardous for balloon flights.<\/p>\n<p>However, Edwards encourages people to still come out to the Jubilee tonight and Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a pretty good turnout so far,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd there\u2019s still live music at 7 p.m. (from Mojo Phoenix), carnival rides, carnival food and merchants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, balloon pilots will be lighting up their balloons on the launch pad at 9:30 p.m. as part of the \u201cCandle Glow,\u201d Edwards said.
