A small fire was reported at the scene which was quickly extinguished.<\/p>\n<p>The pilot and six passengers were in the balloon\u2019s basket at the time of the crash, but only two minor injuries were reported and both refused treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The balloon is owned by <a title=\"Midwest Balloon Rides\" href=\"http:\/\/www.midwestballoonrides.com\" target=\"_blank\">Midwest Balloon Rides<\/a> of Fishers and launched from from Harbour Shores Church located at 8011 E. 216th Street in Noblesville.<\/p>\n<p>Initial investigation suggests the balloon was in the process of descending when it collided with power lines in the area.
