More than 30 hot-air balloons participated in the 16th annual Bluff Balloon Rally. The Bluff International Balloon Festival begins when the balloons lift off from the Valley of the Gods, west of Bluff, Utah. The rally has two days of flight over Bluff, with one day of flight near the Valley of the Gods as well a a balloon glow, and art fair, and a Southwest cook-off contest.<\/p>\n
