Dec. 14-16 on its way to a winter location in central Florida. While at Dobbins, research scientists from the Georgia Institute of Technology took measurements for systems integration work.<\/p>\n<p>The MZ-3A based out of Patuxent River, Md., is government owned and contractor operated.
