Hopper balloonist flies over Chatfield Reservoir

The AirTracker7 helicopter from ABC 7NEWS channel in Denver spotted an interesting balloonist flying over Chatfield Reservoir on Friday morning.

It was a “Hopper” balloonist, also known as a solo balloonist, who was using a harness to hang below the balloon instead of riding in a basket.
